Traders ID is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by TradersID ("we", "us", "our"), based in India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Traders ID software, website, digital identity profiles, digital verification features, and related online services (collectively, the "Service"). Traders ID provides digital services only and does not sell or fulfil physical goods.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.
3. Account & Trader ID
When you register, you will receive a unique Trader ID (e.g., "TID-XXXXXXXX") and may set up a public profile accessible via an access key. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and access keys.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information.
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Service Description
Traders ID provides a digital identity and verification platform for traders, including a public profile card, verified trading history (as uploaded by you), KYC verification, and related features.
Traders ID is an identity and analytics SaaS platform, not an exchange or investment adviser. We do not operate as a broker, manage capital, or provide trading recommendations.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide truthful information during signup, KYC, and profile setup.
- Upload only documents and statements that you are legally permitted to share.
- Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your trading history or identity.
- Keep your contact information up to date.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
- Upload falsified trading statements, forged documents, or manipulated data.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or verification systems.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the Service.
- Share your access keys with unauthorized third parties for the purpose of misrepresentation.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, logos, and code comprising the Service (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by TradersID or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
8. Payments & Refunds
Certain software subscriptions, digital profile features, and digital verification services may require payment. All prices are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Traders ID offers digital services only. Except where required by applicable law, payments for digital verification services and profile features are non-refundable once the applicable service has been activated or issued. 9. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every participant. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Service provides identity verification and performance tracking; it does not recommend or direct trading decisions.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences. TradersID and Traders ID are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on information displayed on the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradersID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradersID, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing.

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
