- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), Trader ID, profile details (bio, country, social links, avatar).
- Verification data (KYC): government-issued ID, address proof, selfie, country of issuance, and related documents you upload.
- Trading data: statements, account snapshots, and performance metrics you choose to upload or authorize.
- Technical data: IP address, device fingerprint, browser/OS, timezone, and access logs.
- Payment data: order references and payment status (we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by third-party gateways).
- Communication data: support emails and messages you send to us.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data to:
- Create and manage your account and Trader ID.
- Verify your identity and issue verification badges.
- Display your public profile card to viewers who hold your access key.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized access.

- Improve the Service and communicate service updates.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies/local storage from your browser settings; this will log you out and may affect functionality.
5. Third Parties & Sub-processors
We share data only with trusted sub-processors needed to run the Service:
- Cloudflare R2 — encrypted file storage (statements, KYC docs, avatars).
- Render — backend hosting.
- Aiven MySQL — encrypted database hosting.
- Vercel — frontend hosting and CDN.
- Email delivery provider — for verification and transactional emails.
- Payment gateways — for processing payments when applicable.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards as required by law (typically up to 3 years for KYC and trading data). You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

Your data may be processed in countries outside India where our sub-processors operate (e.g., Cloudflare, Render, Vercel). We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
